Rule 21
Sending a case that cannot be tried to another court
If a case filed in a court where only one judge is employed is not able to be heard under the conditions of Section 176 of the Code of Civil Procedure Act 2074 and Section 271 of the Code of Civil Procedure Act 2074, such case shall be referred to another court of the same level. The transfer shall be done in accordance with the order sent in writing to the court hearing the appeal.
